1. What is this Document?

(i) TAB Sports’s website www.TABSports.in, and its mobile and tablet applications (“Platforms”), (iii) Venjus Evolution Private Limited (TAB Sports) online active lifestyle, sports and wellness solutions, related brands purchase of lifestyle and fashion merchandise (“Products”) through the Platforms, and (iv) the purchase of Products, and any other service that may be provided by TAB Sports from time to time (collectively referred to as the “Services”).

1.2. You hereby understand and agree that the Agreement forms a binding contract between Venjus Evolution Private Limited (TAB Sports) and anyone who accesses, browses, or purchases the Products and uses the Services in any manner (“User”) and accordingly, you hereby agree to be bound by the terms contained in the Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms contained in the Agreement, you are advised not to proceed with purchasing the Products or using the Services. The terms contained in the Agreement shall be accepted without modification. The use of the Services would constitute acceptance of the terms of the Agreement.

2. Products & Orders

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. While we make every effort to ensure that product details, images, and prices are accurate, errors may occasionally occur.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel orders, or refuse service at our discretion, including cases where products are out of stock, incorrectly priced, or suspected of fraudulent activity.

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. However, this does not guarantee acceptance of the order. Your order will be considered confirmed only after it has been processed and dispatched.

In case of order cancellation after payment, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within a reasonable time.
